March Helpers

The American Legion Post #133 always comes through for Amy’s House and our guests. They established an emergency fund for needy families at Amy’s House. The fund can help with gas, groceries, medicine, and so many other needs that social workers tell us about or that our staff observes. Once the fund is depleted, the organization donates more money just as they did for us this past March. They also volunteer to participate in things like the flag disposal ceremony held in September in conjunction with a local Boy Scout troop.

Another blessing for March was nice donation from one of our kidney transplant doctors, Dr. Tun Jie. He is helping keep our transplant wing full of patients.
