A New Logo for a New Beginning

As of January 1, 2025, Amy’s House Foundation (which is a 501c3) became the owner and operator of Amy’s House. Our logo changed to reflect our roots with the TRIO tree emblem in the background, but the house emblem and prominent name indicate that Amy’s House is now a stand-alone entity now. Even though ownership changed, there is no change to the board, policies, procedures, or operations. We still provide a home away from home for transplant candidates, recipients, donors, and their caregivers. Additionally, the Board has renewed our commitment to serve acute leukemia patients until the occupation of transplant-related guests grows. Currently one wing serves cancer patients, and the other wing helps transplant patients. But this doesn’t mean that transplant patients in need will be turned away if the rooms all full. The JLH Foundation has kindly offered to supplement costs for needy transplant patients at nearby hotels should there be no available rooms at Amy’s House.
